    • 2 tbsp. l mustard
    • 50 ml lemon juice
    • salt

    • 50 ml soy sauce
    • vegetable oil
    • garlic
    • pan
    • foil.

Instruction manual

1

After you have bought a turkey, you must stand it in water for 1 hour, so that all the blood comes out of it. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a towel. Rub the turkey with salt inside and out.

2

Cooking marinade. To do this, mix olive oil, mustard, lemon, soy sauce and spices. Smear the turkey with the cooked sauce inside and out, put in the fridge to marinate for 2-3 hours.

3

After the turkey is marinated, it is necessary to make incisions and stuff with garlic cloves. Wrap the bird in foil and put on a baking sheet. From time to time, open the foil and pour over the resulting juice. Bake for 2-3 hours at 200 degrees. 10 minutes before the readiness to open the foil, so that the turkey is browned. Serve on a large platter with fresh vegetables and herbs.

note

It is better to cook the turkey breast-down, then the juices and fat accumulated at the bottom will make the breast softer and juicier. When baking, the wings can burn, for this they need to be wrapped in foil.

Useful advice

In order to remove all blood from a bird, you need to soak it in water. To make sure the turkey is ready, pierce it with a wooden stick in the widest place, for example, in the breast. Clear juice should stand out from it. At the bottom of the oven you can put a cup of water, then the turkey will not burn.
