You will need

  • 1 liter of water;

  • Cauliflower (500 g);

  • Butter (60 g);

  • ½ tablespoon of salt;

  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour.

Fill the pan with water, pour ½ tablespoon of salt into it and put on fire. Bring it to a boil.

While the water is boiling, peel and wash the cauliflower heads. Put the prepared vegetable in boiling water and cook until tender (about 5 minutes).
