Ingredients:

  • 175 g of flour;

  • 1 tsp baking powder;

Heat butter and chocolate for a couple, beat eggs with a mixture of granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour the sifted flour into the chocolate mass, carefully combine with the eggs. The mass should become completely homogeneous. Add nuts fried in a dry pan and chopped into large crumbs.

Pour the dough into a refractory form, oiled. Put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake dessert for about 25 minutes, the surface of the cake should acquire a beautiful golden brown hue. Cool the product slightly in shape and gently turn over onto a wooden board.

After cooling, cover the cake with icing from 50 g of dark chocolate and 4 tbsp. l cream. Glaze is boiled over low heat until completely homogeneous. Decorate the finished dessert with halves of walnuts.

Shortcake with hazelnuts

Option for a children's birthday or other holiday. The recipe can be modified using other types of nuts: walnuts, almonds, Brazilian. Cooking will take no more than 1.5 hours, it is better to serve the dish chilled.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of wheat flour;

  • 80 g of sugar;

  • 1 egg

  • 150 g of butter.

For filling:

  • 3 cups chopped hazelnuts;

  • 100 g of honey;

  • 0.5 cups whipped cream;

  • 75 g of sugar;

  • 3 tbsp. l butter.

Make dough from sugar, butter, eggs and sifted flour. All components are whipped with a blender until smooth. Lubricate the demountable form with butter, evenly spread the dough into it. Make a few punctures with a knife, cover the dough with foil, pour beans or peas on top. Bake the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. After 15 minutes, the dough will brown. Remove foil and peas from the cake, cool the workpiece directly in the mold.

Put cream, sugar, honey, butter in a bowl. Heat the mixture over low heat for 1 minute. Peel the filbert, calcine in a dry frying pan and grind in a mortar. Add the nut crumbs to the butter-honey mixture, mix well. Put the filling on the cake, flatten with a wide knife, put the mold in the oven for 20 minutes.

Take out the finished cake, cool, carefully remove from the mold. Garnish the dessert with whipped cream and fresh mint leaves.
