  • - 300 g of beet tops;

  • - 100 g of cilantro;

  • - 1 head of garlic;

  • - ground black pepper;

  • - salt.

Boiled pork roll in pastry

Peel the onions, finely chop it and spasser on vegetable oil or any fat. Wash low-fat pork, dry with a paper towel and boil until tender in salted water. Then cool the meat and pass through a meat grinder. Wash the spicy greens (basil, parsley or marjoram) and chop finely. Combine minced meat with fried onions and chopped herbs, add salt, ground pepper and sour cream to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.

Prepare the dough for roll. To do this, combine kefir with flour, add a pinch of salt, soda and granulated sugar. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the cool dough. Then roll it into thin cakes with a diameter of about 15-20 centimeters and grease each with vegetable oil.

Lay the cooked pork minced meat in an even layer on the entire surface of rolled flat cakes and roll them into rolls. Transfer them to a greased baking sheet and bake in an oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Remove the finished rolls from the oven immediately with butter.

Pork roll with bell pepper and herbs

Wash and dry lean pork. Then cut into plates, spread on a work surface and pepper. Wash colorful bell peppers and spicy greens (dill, parsley, basil or celery) thoroughly under running water and dry on a paper towel. Remove the seed stalks from the sweet pepper and cut into small pieces. Finely chopped prepared greens with a knife. Mix bell pepper with herbs, add salt and mix well.

Put the cooked stuffing in a thick layer on the meat and roll it tightly into rolls. Then wrap each in foil and place on a baking sheet or in a heat-resistant form. Place in a preheated oven and bake rolls at 200 ° C. The baking time depends on the size of the roll. Small ones take about 40 minutes, large ones take an hour and a half.

Minced pork roll

Rinse the young beetroot leaves and cilantro under the cold water. Peel the garlic and mash in a mortar or pass through a press. Add salt and pepper to mince to taste. Add semolina to it and mix thoroughly.

Lubricate the foil sheet with vegetable oil and spread on it an even layer (about 2 centimeters thick) of minced pork. Lay the beetroot leaves and chopped cilantro greens mixed with garlic on top evenly. Then roll into a tight roll. Wrap with another layer of foil and place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes to bake at a temperature of 200 ° C.

The recipe for boiled pork roll can be simplified using purchased thin cakes or Armenian pita bread instead of dough.

Useful advice

If desired, in a roll of minced pork, you can replace the young beet tops with spinach or chard leaves, and add chopped walnut kernels to the filling.
