In summer, appetite is dulled, but ice cream is an exception. Fruit ice cream cools, nourishes and encourages, especially homemade. In addition, it is also useful, because it contains fruits.

- - 0.5 tbsp. milk
- - 0.5 cans of condensed milk
- - 2 egg yolks
- - 2 kiwi
- - 2 bananas
- - 2 soft peaches
- - 100 g of strawberries

Break the eggs, separate the yolks from the proteins, put the yolks in a blender. Beat the ice cream yolks until white. To make homemade ice cream better, beat the yolks thoroughly.

When the yolks turn white, pour in the slowly condensed milk, continue to whisk. You will get a fairly thick milky mass.

Beat until firm peaks of cream. It will take about 10-15 minutes. Mix the cream with the egg mixture.

Rinse all berries and fruits, peel and individually mash. Divide the creamy egg mixture into 4 equal parts. Add kiwi puree in one part, peach in the other, strawberry in the third, and banana in the fourth. Stir each part until smooth.

Put layers of ice cream in a container alternately, sprinkle with chopped nuts each layer. Homemade popsicles are almost ready, it remains to refrigerate for several hours.

Arrange the ice cream in bowls, sprinkle with nuts and pour jam, serve to the table.

Cream is best taken oily.
