  • –Special tarragon (2 leaves);

  • - a mixture of white and green peppers (4 g);

  • - pure boiled water (10 ml).

Instruction manual

1

First you must prepare mustard seeds for future harvesting. Get only fresh seeds. Otherwise, the taste of mustard can be very bad. Take a deep cup, transfer the seeds, pour water and leave for 2-3 hours to swell. Next, place the swollen seeds in a blender. Add white wine, olive oil, salt, pepper and honey there.

2

Rinse tarragon leaves well, tear with your hands and put in the blender with the rest of the ingredients.

Leave the mustard mixture for 20-40 minutes so that all the components mix and reveal their aromas.

3

Next, grind all the ingredients in a blender until gruel. Using a culinary silicone spatula, pull out the entire contents of the blender and place in a cup. If the mustard is too thick, you can add a few tablespoons of pure water.

4

Pre-cook the sterilized jar and lid. In such a container, the mustard will be stored much longer. Put the workpiece in a jar, cork tightly with a lid and refrigerate. Dijon mustard will be ready in a day. Remember to periodically mix the workpiece. And for a change, you can add spicy tomato sauce to the recipe.

note

Shredded fried pistachios, which can be added at the end of cooking, add a piquant taste to mustard.
