Ingredients for the dough:

  • Flour - 0.5 tbsp;

  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs;

  • Hard cheese - 30 g;

  • Salt;

  • Vegetable oil;

  • Zucchini - 2 pcs;

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Onion - 1pc;

  • Parsley - 3-4 branches;

  • Pork or ground beef - 250 g;

  • Ground pepper;

  • Salt and fragrant herbs (to taste).

Cooking:

  1. We wash the washed zucchini on a fine grater. Salt to your taste and let it stand for a while - vegetables should let the juice go.

  2. Carefully squeeze squash (you can grind in a sieve). Then we drive a couple of eggs.

  3. In the same bowl we put the grated cheese (any product of hard varieties is suitable). Knead well and begin to slowly introduce the sifted flour.

  4. Once again, mix the zucchini dough - it should be as uniform as possible, without flour lumps. Pour fragrant spices at your own discretion.

  5. Now we take up the meat "filler": grind the minced meat, then salt and season to taste. Fry until fully cooked in a pan with vegetable oil.

  6. Rinse a few twigs of fresh parsley. We chop and send straight to the stuffing. After mixing, immediately set aside from the stove.

  7. Heat the vegetable oil in a clean pan. We spread and smoothly level the dough.

  8. After one side is lightly browned, place the meat filling in half a vegetable “pancake”. We twist the other half so that it covers the stuffing. Gently press the edges of the product.

So that the hot chebureks do not stick together, we put them on the dish not in a pile, but one by one. The appetizer is good both warm and chilled. In addition to it, it is advisable to serve sour cream and garlic sauce.
