Baked carp Clean the carp from the scales, remove the entrails, cut the gills and fins. Rinse the carcass thoroughly under cool running water. Make a few shallow transverse cuts on each side of the fish. Rub carp with salt and spices outside and inside the carcass.

Cut the cloves of garlic into thin slices. Place them in the abdomen of the fish. Leave the carp for half an hour to marinate.

Dilute honey in 50 ml of warm water. Combine it with wine. For the preparation of baked carp, it is advisable to use dry white wine. Heat the oven to 200 ° C.

Transfer the prepared fish to a deep baking dish. Pour the carp over with wine-honey. Cover the fish with a sheet of foil and place in the oven for half an hour. Then remove the foil and leave the dish for a few more minutes to brown. Sprinkle the finished baked carp with chopped parsley and garnish with lemon slices.

Grease the pickled carp with vegetable oil. It is advisable to use olive. Put the fish on a sheet of foil. Stuff the carcass with the cooked mixture of nuts, pomegranate and spices. Wrap carp in foil. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Put the fish in the oven. After 15-20 minutes, unfold the foil and leave the carp in the oven for another 5-10 minutes for a golden crust to appear. Serve boiled vegetables, pasta to the side of the baked carp.
