You will need

  • - baking powder for dough - 5 teaspoons;

  • - salt - 1.5 teaspoons;

  • - butter - 110 g;

  • - sugar - 50 g;

  • - apples - 450 g;

  • - milk - 2-3 tablespoons.

Grind the butter, certainly chilled, into small cubes. Add to it a dry mixture consisting of salt, baking powder for dough and flour. Mix the formed mass thoroughly. Thus, it will turn into a small crumb.

For fruit, remove the skin and core with the seed box. Divide apples into 2 identical parts. Cut one of them with a knife into small pieces, chop the other with a grater. For this procedure, it is desirable to use a large one. Add the first and second parts to the creamy flour mixture. Mix everything as it should. There, gradually pour the milk. The resulting homogeneous mass is a test. Knead it for several minutes, then roll it so that the thickness is 1 centimeter.

Take a cookie mold and cut round figures from it, the future skones. If there are no molds, then do it using any other utensil, the main thing is that it has sufficiently sharp edges.

Place the figures on a baking sheet with butter and a little flour. Lubricate them with milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar. In this form, bake at a temperature equal to 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Apple skones are ready!
