Cappuccino is a world-famous drink of Italian origin, which combines the sharpness of strong coffee and the softness of milk froth. We are used to getting a portion of fresh cappuccino in a cafe or coffee shop, but at home we cook, as a rule, cappuccino from a bag. You can try making cappuccino at home without using a coffee machine and special equipment.

Instruction manual
1
A quality cappuccino consists of a third of good strong black coffee. In other words, to prepare a cappuccino, you need to brew a portion of espresso and certainly strain it to avoid particles of coffee grounds getting into the drink.
Pour cold water into a Turk, pour ground coffee and bring to a boil, removing from heat, as soon as the foam begins to rise. Leave the coffee to brew. Then strain.
2
Meanwhile, while freshly brewed coffee is infused, pour milk and cream into a saucepan. Heat to a hot state, not bringing to a boil. At this stage of preparation, you can put granulated sugar at will. Whip the cream and milk mixture directly in a saucepan using a conventional blender. Beat until a dense thick foam is formed.
3
Espresso, already strained in a cup, pour hot milk. Gently spread the remaining foam on top. Now, if desired, you can sprinkle the surface with cocoa powder or cinnamon. In this case, you can use a stencil prepared in advance to get patterns on coffee foam. Or draw something with a wooden skewer.
And you can immediately, until the foam has settled, enjoy your favorite cappuccino, cooked at home.
