Useful advice

Those who avoid butter can be recommended not to use it at all, but to grease the form with vegetable. You can also replace sour cream and cottage cheese with less fatty ones. Instead of sugar, you can use sweetener in the desired proportions to sweeten, or add honey. Its quantity should be determined by taste. It is better to use honey or melt it to make it easier to mix it with cottage cheese.

Raisins are best taken light. If you have very dry raisins, you should soak it well in advance, for example, in the evening, if you are going to cook in the morning. Dried fruits, if you are not in a hurry, it is recommended to soak in cold water.

It is most convenient to use ceramic or glass forms, of course, heat-resistant for making a sweet casserole. In this case, the finished dish can not be removed from the form - serve directly in it or, cut into pieces, put immediately on the plates. In order for the casserole to be removed, it is better to take a split or silicone mold for baking.
