  • - flour - 450-500 g;

  • - warm milk - 160 ml;

  • - fresh yeast - 15 g;

  • - eggs - 2 pcs.;

  • - olive oil - 80 ml.;

  • - sugar - 1 tablespoon;

  • - butter;

  • - hard cheese - 100 g;

  • - sesame seeds - 1-2 tablespoons;

  • - salt - 1.5 teaspoons.

Combine ingredients such as yeast and granulated sugar. Pour this mixture with warm milk and set aside until a foam similar to a cap forms on it.

In the flour previously sifted, introduce the yeast mass, that is, the dough, as well as salt, one egg and olive oil. Shuffle properly. Put the finished dough in heat for about an hour.

After an hour, cut the dough into 10 equal parts. Roll out one of them with the help of a rolling pin in the shape of an oval. On the formed layer, make cuts, stepping back from the edge of a half centimeter. Lubricate it with pre-softened butter. Grind the cheese with a grater and put on the dough. Roll the formation diagonally. Wrap the resulting roll, as if in a spiral. Make the rest of the buns in exactly the same way.

Let the spirals from the dough stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. After time, grease them with a chicken egg previously beaten in a separate bowl and garnish with sesame seeds. In this form, transfer to a baking sheet and leave to bake in the oven at a temperature equal to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Turkish sesame buns are ready!
