    • flour - 500 g;
    • butter - 200 g;
    • eggs - 2 pcs.;
    • milk - 150 ml;
    • baking powder - 2 tsp;
    • vanillin - 2.5 g;
    • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
    • For cream:
    • boiled condensed milk - 1 jar (380 g);
    • butter - 200 g;
    • honey - 3 tbsp;
    • walnuts - 150 g.
    • For chocolate coating:
    • butter - 50 g;
    • sugar - 4 tbsp;
    • milk - 2 tbsp.;
    • cocoa - 4 tablespoons
    • To decorate:
    • poppy - 30 g.

Take a three-liter pan, put a can of condensed milk in it and fill it with water. As soon as the water boils, reduce the gas and simmer the condensed milk for 1.5 hours. Control the process of boiling liquid, it should constantly cover the jar.

Before preparing the dough, sift all the flour twice and mix it with baking powder and vanilla. Take the oil warmed up to room temperature, soften it and add 2 eggs, mix the resulting mixture thoroughly.

Keep stirring, pour in the milk slowly.

While adding flour a little, knead the dough until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Put the mass on a table sprinkled with flour. Next, knead the dough with your hands until it starts to easily move away from the table and hands. Wrap the finished dough in a towel or plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 40 minutes.

Grease a baking sheet and a meat grinder with vegetable oil. Take the baking paper and lay it on a baking sheet. Pass the dough through a meat grinder and carefully lay it on top of the paper.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the pan in the oven and bake until golden brown for 15 minutes.

While baking cookies, take a glass of walnuts and cut them into small pieces.
