You will need

    • flour;
    • yeast - 50 g;
    • milk - 1.5 tbsp;
    • sugar - 4 tbsp;
    • sunflower oil - 2/3 cup;
    • eggs - 2 pcs;
    • salt.

Instruction manual

1

First, take the flour and sift it into a sieve one or more times.

2

Now start cooking the dough. To do this, pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over low heat so that it becomes slightly warm, but not hot. After that, dilute the yeast in it and leave for five to ten minutes. Then add sugar and six tablespoons of flour. Mix everything thoroughly, cover with a large warm towel and let the dough stand for another thirty minutes. Best if you put it in a warm place.

3

After that, break two eggs into a cup, salt a little and beat them well with a mixer. Add the beaten eggs to the dough and stir. Now add the flour gradually to make a soft dough and knead it. Flour is taken in arbitrary quantities. Add sunflower oil at this time. Knead the dough so that it completely sticks to your hands.

4

Now put the dough on the table. Lubricate the table with sunflower oil in advance so that the dough does not stick to it. After that, cover the dough with a towel and let it come up. Leave it like this for ten to fifteen minutes. As a result, your dough should be very soft and airy.

5

Then cut the finished dough into donuts with a diameter of not more than five centimeters. Mash each donut by hand and make pies or rolls. Fold them immediately on a pre-cooked baking sheet, oiled. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, also grease them with butter.

6

After that, cover the pan with the patties with a cloth and place on a warm surface of the plate. Leave on for twenty to twenty five minutes and let the pies come up well. Then send them to the preheated oven.

7

Lubricate the hot pies on top with butter, put on a plate and cover warmly so that they remain soft. Baking from such a dough is very tasty and does not deteriorate throughout the week.
