- - 600 grams of chicken,
- - 150 grams of rice,
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 egg

- Sauce:
- - 150 grams of sour cream,
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato sauce or 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste,
- - 500 ml of water.

Rinse thoroughly and cook until half cooked. Calculation of rice and water, take 1 to 3.

Rinse the fillet, cut into pieces, mix with onion and mince. For this dish you can use purchased chicken mincemeat.

Cool boiled half-cooked rice and mix with minced meat. Add one egg (you can beat a little), salt and pepper, season with spices, mix.

For the sauce. Combine in a bowl 150 grams of low-fat sour cream, 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce and half a liter of water. Tomato sauce can be replaced with two tablespoons of tomato paste. Pour the meatballs with the resulting sauce.

Close the lid on the multicooker, set the quenching mode to 60 minutes. Arrange the finished meatballs on portioned plates, pour sauce and serve with a side dish.
