You will need

- - 200 milliliters of milk,
- - 1 teaspoon of mustard,

Cut the fat and films from the fillet, cut into small pieces and fill with chilled milk. Leave the filet for half an hour.

Without pouring milk, add mustard, salt and pepper to the chicken fillet. Mix all ingredients well and grind in a blender.

Cut the cling film into identical pieces. Put the resulting stuffing into pieces of film and twist, tightly folding the film.

Tie one end, squeeze the film firmly, release the air that has formed and tie the other end of the sausage.

Place the sausages in the refrigerator for two hours. Cook the resulting sausages in boiling water over low heat or steamed until cooked.
