For sausages you will need minced chicken. If you don’t want to bother with cooking minced meat, then buy it ready in the store.

Making minced chicken is very easy. Rinse the fillet thoroughly, then pass through the small wire rack in your meat grinder. You can scroll the fillet through a blender - to whom it is more convenient.

In the scrolled meat, add an egg (you can beat a little), 50 grams of soft butter, half a glass of milk (200 ml glass), half a teaspoon of salt and as much ground coriander, season with pepper, paprika and any other favorite spices, mix well.

Stuffing is ready, now you need to form a sausage. Determine the size yourself, some love more, while others prefer small ones. Spread cling film on the work surface, put on it two tablespoons of minced chicken. Wrap and form a sausage of the desired size (do not spare the cling film, the stuffing can be twisted in three layers). Tie the ends of the film into a knot or pull with a strong thread.

Sausages can simply be frozen to cook afterwards with a side dish. You can also pre-boil, and then put in the freezer (then defrost and bake).

Pour water into the pan, after boiling, dip the sausages into it for 15 minutes. Fry to taste or serve boiled to your favorite side dish.
