Homemade creamy ice cream with banana and nuts will be a great dessert on a hot day!

You will need
- - 600 ml cream 33%;
- - 120 g of granulated sugar;
- - 6 yolks;
- - 3 large bananas;
- - 180 g of walnuts;
- - 120 g of chocolate.

Mix the yolks with sugar in a pan with a mixer until smooth. Then pour in the cream and mix again until all the ingredients are combined.

Put the container in a water bath over medium heat. All the while stirring with a spatula, brew the egg mixture. In no case do not let the mass boil! If you see that the mass has become very hot and now it’s boiling, then you should remove it from the fire for about half a minute, and then bring it back, reducing the power of the burner. Once the mass has thickened, rearrange the saucepan in a container of cold water and stir for a couple of minutes.

Chop the nuts, finely chop the bananas (part, if desired, can be mashed), grate the chocolate on a fine grater. Pour all the ingredients into a creamy base and mix thoroughly, you can with a mixer. Cool the mass and pour into an ice cream container. Put in the freezer until it solidifies. Stir the first 2 hours at intervals of approximately 30 minutes.
