You will need

  • - small potatoes - 1.2 kg;

  • - pork (carbonate) - 0.5 kg;

  • - garlic - 3 cloves;

  • - cream with a fat content of 20% - 200 ml;

  • - butter - 100 g;

  • - vegetable oil for lubrication;

  • - fresh dill - 0.5 bunch;

  • - ground black pepper;

  • - salt;

  • - baking dish.

Instruction manual

1

Rinse the pork under running water, dry and cut into slices 5-7 mm wide. Each piece in turn lay on a cutting board and lightly beat off with a hammer on both sides.

2

Peel the garlic cloves. Finely chop one of them. Add to it black ground pepper and salt, mix everything and rub the beaten pork pieces with this mixture. Roll each piece into a roll.

3

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 200 degrees. While it is warming, peel the potatoes and cut into thin circles.

4

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay potato circles and pork rolls in alternating layers. Sprinkle the potatoes lightly with black pepper and salt.

5

Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. After the time has come to an end, pour the cream of potatoes with meat and cook the dish in the oven for another half hour.

6

While the potatoes and pork are baked, prepare an oil sauce for them. Melt the butter on a stove or in a microwave. Grind dill and the remaining two cloves of garlic and mix them with melted butter. If desired, you can leave a little dill for decoration.

7

When the dish is ready, remove the form from the oven and sprinkle potatoes with chopped dill on top. Divide the food into portions and arrange on plates. Serve it with butter sauce and fresh vegetable salad.
