You will need
- - 2 kg of pork,
- - 1 liter kefir
- 3-4 bulbs
- - salt to taste,
- - spices to taste.

Wash the meat well, dry with paper towels. Cut into small square pieces, which put in any enameled dishes.

Peel and cut onions into thin rings. If desired, onions can be chopped in a blender or simply chopped finely. Put the onions to the meat. Season the meat with onion spices. Spices can be used any; thyme, coriander, black pepper, rosemary or add seasoning for barbecue. Mix well and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.

After 15-20 minutes, remove the meat and fill it with a liter of kefir. Wrap the dishes with meat in cling film or cover with a lid. Place the barbecue in the refrigerator for four hours. If you wish, you can marinate the kebab in the evening, so that it is well marinated and it turns out really tasty.

About 30 minutes before grilling the kebab, remove the meat from the refrigerator and salt to taste, mix.

Prepare the barbecue in advance, dilute the coals.

Place the kebab on the skewer and fry until tender. Serve with fresh herbs, sauce, vegetables and your favorite drinks.
