First cook the porridge in the way that is familiar to you. Pour the cereal with hot salted water in a ratio of 1: 2 and cook over medium heat for about twenty minutes. You can cook porridge until completely soft, or you can cook it a little - buckwheat will still be baked in the oven. This recipe is perfect for the "disposal" of buckwheat leftovers already in your refrigerator.

Roll the meat through a meat grinder. Be sure to salt, pepper to taste and add other spices, if necessary. Almost any meat is suitable for casserole. You can use ready-made minced meat.

Cut onions into rings and fry very slightly in vegetable oil until translucent. Do not fry heavily.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a deep baking dish with oil.

Put the cooked buckwheat in the mold, smooth the layer. Put a layer of minced meat on top, then half the onion rings. Spread a layer of mayonnaise evenly over the onion. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle them with a casserole.
