  • - cocoa - 1 tablespoon;

  • - icing sugar - 350 g;

Instruction manual

1

Mix one egg with sugar and beat thoroughly. The remaining eggs must be broken and the proteins separated from the yolks. Add 2 egg yolks and cocoa to the egg-sugar mixture and beat the resulting mass until it becomes lush. After this procedure, add the cornmeal and mix well.

2

Beat the whites so that a stable foam forms, then combine with the egg-sugar mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Thus, it turned out the dough for the future cake.

3

Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment and place the dough on it. Send to bake in an oven preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

4

Combine the following ingredients in one bowl: icing sugar, liquor, lemon juice, and water. Stir until smooth. Put the resulting glaze on baked chocolate cake, cut into pieces.

5

Combine the cream with vanilla essence and mix everything thoroughly. Put the resulting mass on the frozen icing and put one piece of cake on the other. The liquor cake is done! If desired, dessert can be decorated with chocolate.
