Put cookies in a cup and chop using a blender or a wooden rolling pin. This process is laborious, but very important, since you are making the basis for the cake. The smaller the cookie crumbs, the more tender the dessert.

Next, mix the butter thoroughly with condensed milk. Do not forget that the oil should be kept warm for a while. Ingredients of the same temperature will combine better into a uniform consistency. Make sure that all lumps of butter are dissolved in condensed milk.

Add the crushed cookies gradually to the resulting cream, stirring vigorously with a wooden spatula. Then put the vanillin and beat the mass again. Dampen clean hands with cool water and start forming cakes.

Take a small amount of dough with a spoon and, slamming from different sides, make oblong cakes that look like potatoes. Pour cocoa onto a plate separately. Roll each cake in cocoa so that there are no gaps of dough.

Fry the almonds in a dry pan and place one nut in the center of the cake. Put the dessert in the cold for 5-7 hours.

Potato quickly becomes soft if you forget to put the cake in the refrigerator. This is because the butter and condensed milk lose their viscosity and the dough begins to fall apart.
