Combine flour with 300 grams of granulated sugar and a baking powder for the dough, only after sifting it through a sieve. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with each other.

Cut the chilled butter into small pieces and add it to the dry sugar-flour mixture. Beat properly. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Put one of them on parchment in a cupcake mold.

Combine nutmeg with eggs and milk. Beat the resulting mixture well, then add it to the remaining half of the dough. Beat thoroughly the resulting mass. Place it in the same place as the first, that is, in the muffin baking dish.

Rinse the dates properly, and then cut into small pieces. Divide the crushed dried fruit into two equal parts. Place one of them on the surface of the future nutmeg cake, and put the second one aside and do not touch for some time.
