Wash the lemon in running water, cut it into 2 halves, squeeze the juice from one part. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard, mix well.

Rinse the salmon fillet, cut it into medium neat pieces and place in the marinade, which was cooked in the first stage. Keep in the marinade for 1 hour.

Grease the grate with vegetable oil, put the pickled pieces of salmon on it, and then fry, constantly turning, so that the salmon is completely cooked.

Rinse raw vegetables, chop small bell peppers. Pour water into a saucepan, boil it, add salt. After that, add pepper, peas and beans to the pan. When the vegetables boil, remove them with a slotted spoon.

Put a prepared piece of salmon on a plate, put a side dish of vegetables next to it, sprinkle everything with herbs and serve.
