    • olive oil - 2 tbsp;
    • broccoli flowers - 1 bunch;
    • asparagus - 1 bunch;
    • red chili pepper - 1 pc.;
    • garlic - 2 cloves;
    • red wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.;
    • mint - 2 tbsp;
    • potatoes - 300 g;
    • lettuce - 1 bunch.
    • For potato salad with radish:
    • potatoes - 1 kg;
    • radish - 250 g;
    • shallots - 2 pcs.;
    • lettuce leaves.
    • For refueling:
    • egg yolk - 1 pc.;
    • sugar - 1 tsp;
    • Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp;
    • olive oil - 150 ml;
    • white wine vinegar - 1 tbsp;
    • juice of 1 lemon;
    • oregano - 1 tablespoon

Royal salad

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a shallow bowl and set aside. Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes and then refrigerate them immediately in cold water. Peel the eggs and peel the shrimp. Cool them. Prepare lettuce leaves. Just before serving, whisk the dressing again and pour half on the lettuce. Wrap them in salmon. Serve in 2 serving dishes. Cut the quail eggs into halves and lay with the shrimp around the salad. Pour the remaining dressing over the finished dish.

Avocado Citrus Salad

For the dressing, mix orange juice and lime juice. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. For a citrus salad, peel the oranges and cut them into slices. Slice the avocado into thin slices. Distribute lettuce leaves over 4 salad bowls. Place 5 slices of avocado and 5-8 slices of orange on top. Season the salad and serve.

Royal Fresh Vegetable Salad

Cut the zucchini and fry it in vegetable oil on both sides for 5 minutes. Steam broccoli and asparagus. Boil the potatoes. Fry a little garlic at the same time with fresh chili peppers. Then mix with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint. Salt and pepper to taste. When the potato is ready, mix it with vegetables and torn lettuce, add crumbled feta cheese. Season the salad and serve.

Potato salad with radish

To make the dressing, mix the yolk, sugar and mustard and whisk together. Gradually pour in olive oil sufficient for mayonnaise consistency. Add oregano and lemon juice. Cut potatoes and radish into slices. Place the radish and potatoes in the bowl with chopped onions, lettuce and add dressing. Mix everything together well. Salad ready.
