You can cook anything you want from zucchini, especially if you have such a useful device as a crock-pot on hand.

Braised zucchini in sour cream

Unlike the traditional way of creating culinary masterpieces, dishes from zucchini in the multicooker retain their taste and useful properties. The easiest way to cook zucchini is to stew them in sour cream.

The recipe involves the use of ingredients such as:

  • zucchini - 1 kg;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 1 glass;
  • starch - 1. l.;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • dill - 1 bunch;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the zucchini, peel them, remove the seeds and cut into 2 cm circles, divide each of them in half. Peel the onion, wash, cut into half rings.

Turn on the slow cooker, set the mode to "Frying", grease the appliance bowl with vegetable oil and put the onion in it. With constant stirring, fry the onion until golden brown, add zucchini to the multicooker, add salt and pepper, mix the ingredients thoroughly, close the multicooker with a lid and turn on the "Stew" mode.

Stew zucchini in a slow cooker for 15 minutes. After this time, open the lid of the appliance, fill the vegetables with sour cream mixed with starch and add finely chopped greens cooked in the multicooker dish from zucchini.
