In order to prepare the salad "Hot", take a pound of black radish, wash and peel. Cut into a salad bowl using a slicer, salt and leave for an hour and a half. Using a coffee grinder, chop 10 peas of allspice, one hot pepper, 5 buds of spicy cloves, one stick of cinnamon and two bay leaves. Peel one large onion and chop it as thin as possible. Squeeze out two cloves of garlic through a garlic press and rub with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add chopped spices, mixed with butter, garlic and two tablespoons of vinegar to the salad bowl. Heat the pan, pour 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, and calcine thoroughly. Let the oil cool slightly and pour salad over it, then mix all the ingredients.

In order to serve the "Imperial" salad, take 200 grams of chicken, salt and boil a little for 15 minutes. Peel 3 cucumbers, 300 grams of black radish and one large carrot. Grate all the vegetables on a coarse grater. Peel one large bell pepper from the seeds and chop it with a thin straw. Chop 5 cloves of garlic in a separate bowl and pour 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and the same amount of water. Cut the chicken into small pieces and transfer to a salad bowl. Add vegetables, pour the cooked sauce and mix.

To prepare the salad "My Sailor", boil 200 grams of squid for 15 minutes and cut them into thin rings. Peel 2 medium-sized black radishes and chop with a thin straw. Fold the squid and radish in a salad bowl, season with two tablespoons of olive oil and the same amount of vinegar, salt to taste and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle cooked salad with chopped parsley.
