Place the spaghetti in boiling salted water and boil until almost done. Then we recline in a colander. For this breakfast, you can use not only freshly cooked spaghetti, but also, for example, pasta that you have left in the evening, as well as any other ready-made fillings - for example, potatoes or mushrooms. If you have fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes or zucchini, then they are also suitable for frittata, you only need to fry them a little in a pan.

Hard cheese is cut into small cubes or rubbed on a coarse grater. Cut ham into small strips. If you don’t have ham - it’s not scary, this dish turns out to be very tasty without it.

Break the eggs into a bowl and stir until smooth. Add salt, ground pepper and milk.

Mix eggs with ham and cheese.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil, then put a small piece of cream. When it melts, put the spaghetti there. We put on a slow fire.

Pour the egg mixture on spaghetti, evenly distribute in an even layer. Mixing is optional. Cover with a lid and keep on low heat for 5 minutes, then carefully turn over and fry on the other side.

This quick breakfast of eggs can also be cooked in the oven. To do this, place the mixture in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes until it thickens.
