Making cold dessert

All the ingredients of this dessert should be initially chilled. Divide sour cream into 3 equal parts, cottage cheese into 2 parts. Whisk one part of sour cream with sugar, whisk the second part of sour cream with one part of cottage cheese and a small amount of sugar, and whisk the third part of sour cream with cottage cheese and washed berries. Take glasses or glasses, lay on the bottom a layer of berries, then a layer of cottage cheese, sour cream, and then just sour cream. Sprinkle dessert with nuts or chocolate, or garnish with berries. Cooking Sour Cream Jelly

Soak gelatin in cold water for 30 minutes. While the gelatin is soaked, sort and rinse the berries, put them in a mold. Melt gelatin, set to cool to room temperature. While the gelatin cools, beat the sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Combine and stir well the sour cream and gelatin, pour the berries with this mixture and place to cool in the refrigerator. When the dessert hardens, it can be served to the table. Cooking time for sour cream jelly takes no more than 2 hours.
