On the parchment laid on a baking tray, lay the resulting dough. Spread it over the shape of the rectangle so that it is easily evenly layered. If the figure does not turn out very even, then you should not be upset, because all the bumps can be carefully cut from the finished biscuit with a knife.

In the oven, which is heated to 180 degrees, send the cake to bake. In order for it to cook, 10 minutes are enough.

Quickly transfer the finished baking to a flat surface and remove parchment paper from it. Put the jam on the baked biscuit, distributing it throughout the cake with the same layer. By the way, you can choose absolutely any jam for making biscuit roll.

Carefully roll up the sponge cake with the jam in the shape of a roll. This procedure must be done before the baking cools.
