  • - 50 g of vegetable oil;

Wash and separate the kidneys from fat, soak in water for 2 hours. After draining the water and fill it with baking soda, let stand for 1-1.5 hours. Rinse the kidneys thoroughly with water. Cut into slices 2-3 cm.

Wash the zucchini and eggplant and grate. Finely chopped tomatoes. Peel and chop the colorabi 2-3 cm. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely.

Put the kidneys in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry over a quiet fire for 20 minutes. Salt, pepper, add coriander. Then add kohlrabi and fry another 10 minutes. After we add zucchini, eggplant, garlic, onions, and tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes under a closed lid. Garnish can be boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
