    • For potato skewers with lard:
    • 1 kg of potatoes;
    • 300 g of fat;
    • rosemary or dried herbs;

Microwave potatoes Peel the potatoes, cut into thin circles, mix the vegetable oil with your favorite spices (potato seasoning, black and red ground pepper, dry broth or bouillon cubes, crumbs onion, pepper mixture, salt). Thoroughly mix the potatoes with a mixture of oil and spices, put in a glass cup for the microwave, tighten with cling film and put in the microwave for 15 minutes at high power.

Potatoes with carrots Peel the potatoes, cut into medium-sized cubes (not very finely), onions in half rings, carrots in strips. Mix vegetables, add a spoonful of oil, salt and spices, which you usually add to fried potatoes. Stir, transfer to a baking sleeve and put in the microwave for 20-30 minutes.

Potatoes in the "grill" mode Put the microwave on the grill mode and heat to a temperature of 180 degrees. Then boil the potatoes in a “uniform”, remove the peel from it, cut it in half lengthwise, put on a wire rack.

Salt the potatoes, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and bake on the grill. Turn it over and over, spraying it with olive oil. Cook the potatoes until golden brown. When the grilled potatoes are ready, sprinkle them with Italian herbs and grate with crushed garlic.

Skewers of potatoes with bacon Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into slices 4-5 mm thick. Cut lard into thin slices. If the lard is salty enough, you do not need to add salt.

Slice potato and fat slices on skewers, sprinkle with rosemary or dry herbs to taste. Wrap in foil, fasten the ends so that grease does not leak. Cook in the microwave for about 20 minutes. The lard should melt and the potatoes become soft. Remove the foil and cook until golden brown.
