You will need:

- 1 egg;

You will need:

- 1.5 cups of jam;

- 1 egg;

- 1 glass of milk;

- 1 cup of sugar;

- 2 teaspoons of soda;

- 3 cups of wheat flour.

For cream:

- 1 cup thick sour cream:

- 0.75 cups of sugar.

You can add candied fruit or finely grated lemon zest to the dough.

Pour the jam into a deep bowl, add soda and mix until the mixture begins to foam. Beat the egg with sugar, then add it to the jam and pour in the milk. Whip until smooth. Pour the sifted wheat flour into the mixture in portions.
