You will need

  • - 1 egg;

  • - 1 cup of sugar;

  • - 200 g of butter;

  • - 2 cups of flour;

  • - 1/4 teaspoon of soda, slaked vinegar;

  • - a pinch of salt;

  • - chocolate or vanilla ice cream;

  • - confectionery sprinkles;

  • - chopped nuts.

Instruction manual

1

Cook the dough. Pound the butter with sugar, add the egg. Quench the soda with vinegar and pour the mixture into a bowl. Salt a little and sprinkle part of the sifted flour. Knead the dough. Add the rest of the flour and knead the mass with your hands. The dough should be soft and elastic.

2

Divide the dough into approximately equal pieces. Form balls out of them and gently press each palm to make a cake. Put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper at some distance from each other and put in a preheated oven (up to 180 degrees) for 15 minutes. Ready cookies should acquire a golden crust.

3

Allow the cookies to cool completely. Put a ball of chocolate or vanilla ice cream on one side and squeeze with a second cookie. Sprinkle sprinkles in one saucer and chopped nuts in another. Put the side of the cookie in one of the plates and roll it so that toppings or nuts stick to the ice cream.

4

Put cookies in a plastic container. Put it in the freezer for a couple of hours to completely freeze the ice cream.
