You will need

  • Cottage cheese (preferably 9-18%) - 200-250 g

  • Egg - 1 pc.

  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons

  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon (or 1/3 teaspoon of soda)

  • Flour - 100 g

  • A pinch of salt

  • Cooking oil

  • Powdered Sugar

Instruction manual

1

In a large container, grind the cottage cheese (200-250 grams, that is, approximately one pack) with sugar (3 tablespoons) and one egg. It is advisable to take cottage cheese 9-18%, but this is not important.

2

Add baking powder (1/2 teaspoon) or soda (1/3 teaspoon) and salt (pinch), then mix thoroughly.

3

Pour flour (100 grams) and knead a homogeneous dough, which should be soft in consistency, may stick a little to your hands.

4

We divide the dough into several parts, and then roll out a sausage 3-4 cm thick from each. We cut the sausage into small pieces, from which we roll the balls.

5

Pour the vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and set the frying mode. There should be enough oil so that pieces of dough float in it. We keep the multicooker lid open.

6

In portions, lay the balls in a slow cooker and fry until golden brown on all sides. If necessary, turn over, but donuts usually turn over themselves.

7

Put the finished donuts on a paper towel and let the oil drain, then transfer to a plate.

8

When the donuts have cooled slightly, sprinkle them with icing sugar and serve.

note

Vegetable oil for this recipe, choose a good quality and odorless.

Be careful: red-hot sunflower oil can "shoot", so cook carefully.

Useful advice

If you do not have a slow cooker, use a conventional pan.
