    • 1.5 cups wheat flour
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 150 gr. butter or margarine
    • 1 egg
    • salt (pinch)
    • For filling:
    • 300 gr cottage cheese 20% fat
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 0.5 cups icing sugar
    • 25 gr vanilla sugar (1 sachet)
    • 45 gr. fruit jelly (1 sachet)
    • 100 ml water
    • fruit for decoration

Preparation of the test:

Stir butter, sugar and eggs in a saucepan or bowl with a wooden spatula until smooth.

Pour flour into the mass, add salt and knead the dough.

Roll the finished dough into a kolobok, put in a bag or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll out the chilled dough with a thickness of 4-5 mm.

Cover the baking dish with baking paper.

Put the dough into the mold and make high sides. Chop the cake with a fork in several places.

From a baking paper, cut out a circle suitable for the size of the bottom of the mold. Put a circle on the dough, pour a layer of dried peas or beans on top.

Bake the cake at a temperature of 200 degrees until golden brown for 25-30 minutes.

Preparing the filling:

Prepare jelly according to the recipe indicated on the bag, but in less water than required (instead of 200 ml. - 100 ml.).

Grind the yolks with icing sugar to a white foam, then add the mashed cottage cheese and beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add vanillin. A homogeneous, not liquid curd mass should be obtained.
