- 300 gr fresh champignons
- 3 large onions
- 25 gr (1 sachet) dry yeast
- 3.5 cups wheat flour
- 1.5 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- cooking oil
- olive oil to lubricate the product

Finely chop the mushrooms and fry over high heat in a large amount of oil for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and sauté over medium heat in a small amount of oil. Fry the onion until golden brown.

We mix mushrooms and onions and put them on a sieve to drain excess oil.

We dissolve the yeast in one glass of warm water (degrees 30), having previously dissolved sugar in water. After 5-10 minutes, the yeast begins to “walk”, a foam appears on the surface.

Add the rest of the water, yeast to the half-sifted flour, and knead the dough. We put the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.

After the dough has risen, add the rest of the flour, salt, mushrooms with onions and knead the dough. We put the dough to rise for 1.5-2 hours in a warm place.

We divide the finished dough into 6 parts, form koloboks and roll out cakes of them with a thickness of not more than 1.5 cm.

We spread the cakes on a baking sheet and pierce the cakes in several places with a fork on top.
Before you send the product into the oven, it should stand in a warm place for 30 minutes. In this case, the baking sheet should be covered with a towel so that the top of the cake does not dry out.

Bake cakes in the oven at 180 degrees 30-35 minutes.
