A person consumes a lot of sugar with a wide variety of drinks - tea, coffee, soda, etc. Hence the conclusion: you should switch to ordinary water in an attempt to quench your thirst or drink tea and coffee without sugar, even if you don’t like the taste of the latter in this case.

Eat more fats and proteins. They are needed in order to provide the body with energy. It is surprising that our contemporaries, who eat 10-15% less fat than they did 60 years ago, are now much more likely to suffer from overweight. But when choosing fats you need to be choosy. Try new flavors and dishes without sugar. You can even set a goal for yourself that you will definitely try new dishes a couple of times a week. Use new herbs or spices, try vegetarian dishes, whole grains, fruits, and more.

Usually after a couple of hours after the last meal we are looking for a sweet snack. Such a desire must be suppressed! For example, if you always drank sweet tea with a bun at 11 a.m., try half an hour before eating a carrot, an apple or just drinking a glass of water.

When cooking, ordering at a restaurant or shopping at a supermarket, try to divide all the products into two distinct groups: “harmful” and “healthy”. And, of course, buy food so that the second group prevails over the first. That is, make an informed choice in the direction of proper nutrition.
