You can freeze desserts. Make dough for shortbread cookies, add ground nuts, raisins, pieces of chocolate. Roll the dough into a sausage, wrap in plastic wrap and mark in the freezer. At the right time, take out the dough, cut it into circles with a sharp knife, place them on a baking sheet and bake in a well-heated oven.
