- soy sauce (100 ml);

- a small root of ginger (50-70 gr.);

- sugar (1 tablespoon);

- unrefined olive oil (2 tablespoons);

1. Squeeze the juice from 1/3 of the lemon.

2. Wash and peel the ginger root with a potato peel, rub it on a fine grater, add lemon juice and mix.

3. From the resulting mass, drain and filter the juice into a small saucepan or pan - this is conveniently done using a tablespoon; You can use the strainer.

4. Add soy sauce, olive oil and sugar to ginger-lemon juice, put the pan on a slow fire. Now the main thing is to prevent boiling, stirring constantly, and evaporate the sauce, bringing its consistency to the state of liquid caramel.

5. After the sauce is ready, it must be poured into a saucepan, refrigerated and refrigerated.

This Italian sauce is perfect with green and vegetable salad. It can also be served with fish or rice. To get a less tangy taste, you can drain the juice from grated ginger, and mix the cake with soy sauce and sugar, then squeeze and strain.
