Pick your recipe

For two tubes we need:

- two square pieces of thin pita bread;

- one tomato;

- approximately 80 grams of cheese such as Russian, Oltermani, etc.;

- spices - you can use ready-made sets of "Italian" spices or make seasoning yourself, using dried basil, rosemary, thyme, savory, tarragon, various types of pepper;

- salt to taste.

1. Cut the tomato into cubes, mix with spices and salt.

2. Cut the cheese into cubes or grate.

3. On pita sheets on one side of the square, spread the tomato mass and cheese, gently twist the tubes. You can do it another way: put the filling in the middle of the sheet and wrap it with an envelope.

4. Place the tubes (envelopes) with the seam down on a baking dish or a sheet of cooking paper, put in the microwave at full power for one minute. Serve to the table.

These tubes blend perfectly with black coffee. Enjoy it!
