  • Dough:

  • - 2 tbsp. flour

  • - 0.75 Art. milk

  • - 1 tbsp. l Sahara

  • - 2.5 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil

  • - 1 tbsp. l dry yeast

  • - a pinch of salt
  • Sauce:

  • - 0.5 tbsp. water

  • - 4 medium tomatoes

  • - 0.25 tsp chile

  • - 0.75 tsp sugar

  • - salt (to taste)
  • - vegetable oil for frying.

Cut the chicken breast into medium slices. Add chili pepper and salt.

All vegetables are cut into large pieces, mixed with chicken breast.

Fry the resulting filling a little, adding marjoram and salt.

Dip the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel. Cut into small pieces.

We spread the chopped tomatoes in a pan, add water, chili pepper, sugar and salt. Mix the sauce thoroughly. Stew for 10 minutes.

Once the sauce is cooked, mix it with chicken breast and vegetables. Leave the filling to cool.

Milk is slightly warmed to a warm state.

Mix yeast and sugar with milk, leave for 10 minutes.

Add flour, vegetable oil and salt to milk. Knead a homogeneous dough. Leave the dough to fit.

As soon as the dough comes up, divide it into two parts.

We roll out one part of the dough. Spread the filling on top with a uniform layer. Leave 3-4 cm of dough on the sides without filling.

Having laid out the whole filling, sprinkle it abundantly and evenly with grated cheese on top.

We cover the filling with dough, connect, fasten and bend the connected edges of the pizza up. In the center of the top layer of the pizza we make a small incision to allow air to escape.
