You will need
- - 100 g butter;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 700 g of flour;
- - a pair of a pinch of salt;
- - 2 tsp baking powder;
- - 2 tsp vanilla sugar;
- - 180 g of sugar;

- - 140 g sesame seeds.

Put the butter in a large bowl and let it warm to room temperature and become soft. To make the process go faster, I recommend cutting it into small cubes.

Sift flour with baking powder and salt into a bowl of butter. All together carefully rub into crumbs.

Beat 4 eggs with a fork or hand whisk in a separate bowl. Then add them to the flour crumbs and mix. Pour milk into a bowl, add both types of sugar and mix until smooth.

Put the oven up to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or parchment.

Pour sesame on a plate. Separate small pieces from the dough and roll them with your palms into a bowl, the size of which is close to a walnut. Then flatten the balls into flat cakes and dip each side with sesame. Put the blanks on a baking sheet and send to the oven for 25 minutes. A sign of readiness will be the golden color of baking.
