You will need
- - 350 g flour;
- - 305 g of sugar;
- - 230 ml of water;
- - 225 g butter;
- - 200 g of peeled almonds;
- - 200 g of chocolate;
- - 75 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoon of vinegar;
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, soda;
- - a pinch of salt.

Take soft cream cheese, beat it thoroughly with a whisk or a fork, add 75 g of sugar, beat in an egg, add a pinch of salt and beat everything again until completely uniform. Add pieces of chocolate with almonds in cream cheese, mix.

Make a cupcake dough: mix flour with 230 g sugar, cocoa powder (optional), salt and soda, mix. Add vinegar, water, vegetable oil and vanilla essence to the flour mixture, mix thoroughly.

Take cupcake molds, if you have metal ones, then grease with oil, silicone molds are not necessary to lubricate - from them it is already easy to get ready-made pastries. If you have special paper cupcake liners, you can apply them.

Fill half of each prepared tin with dough - during the baking process, it will rise quite strongly. Put 2 tablespoons of creamy filling on top of the dough.

Place the Toksido muffins in the oven, preheated to 175 degrees. Bake them for about 30 minutes (depending on the features of your oven and the size of your tins).

You can serve ready-made pastries immediately or pre-cool them - in any case, it turns out delicious.
