Instruction manual
1
We start with the preparation of pesto sauce: wash basil greens, dry with a paper towel and finely chop. Peel and cut the garlic into thin slices. We shift the garlic into a bowl or mortar, add the pine nuts and knead the pestle - the garlic should give juice, and the nuts should turn into oily crumbs. We transfer the resulting mass to a blender, grind and add cheese and basil greens. Gradually pour olive oil into the bowl (about a tablespoon) and whip the sauce.
2
Boil the paste according to the instructions to the state of al dente (al dente), recline in a colander and transfer to a large bowl. Add the sauce and shake well.
3
In a pan, heat the butter, fry the shrimp on it for literally one minute. Add balsamic vinegar, a few drops of olive oil and soy sauce. Stir and remove from heat.
4
We put the prepared pasta with pesto sauce on the dish, beautifully spread the shrimp on top, add a few basil leaves as a decoration.
