  • - 340 g canned tuna;

  • - 2 stalks of celery;

  • - 1 onion;

  • - 2 lemons;

  • - 1/2 cup pitted olives;

  • - 1/2 cup olive oil;

  • - 1/4 cup chopped parsley;

  • - sea salt, freshly ground pepper.

First prepare a dressing for Italian salad. To do this, mix in a deep container the juice of two lemons, olive oil, chopped parsley, pepper, salt. While you are preparing a salad, the dressing is infused.

Combine the beans, chopped celery in a deep bowl. Cut the olives in circles, add to the beans.

Cut the onion into half rings. At this stage, onions can be scalded with boiling water if desired.

Pour juice from a tuna can, break the fish into small pieces. Add to the beans.
