  • Parsley, salt.
  • For the sauce:

  • 100 gr. sour cream; 2 tbsp flour, 75 gr. mushroom broth, salt.

Cut the processed chickens into small pieces, weighing 40-50 g. Peeled potatoes, carrots and onions, cut into cubes or strips, according to your desire.

Separate from each other onions and carrots.

In advance, you need to fill in the dried mushrooms with water and let stand for 5 hours.

Boiled dried mushrooms are boiled and cut into strips.

Then prepare the sauce.

To do this, fry the flour in a frying pan until golden brown, cool a little. Then pour in it a hot mushroom broth. Knead until smooth and cook for 20 minutes.

At the end of cooking, add boiled sour cream, salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Then we filter.

Put the pot in a moderately preheated oven and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

In 10-15 minutes until the end of the stew, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.

Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.

Useful advice

When cooking, the pot must be covered with a lid so that the liquid does not boil away. After you take the pot out of the oven, wrap it and leave it for 10 minutes to make the dish “reach”.
