The ducklings lives up to its name. In it, the duck will cook perfectly. To do this, take the carcass, rinse, rub it inside and out with salt. Fill with quarters of apples. Chip a hole with toothpicks. Lubricate the bottom and sides of the ducklings with a little vegetable oil, lay the bird upside down.

Put this dish in the oven, which has already been heated to 190 ° C, bake for an hour. After that, open the lid, pour the carcass with the allocated juice. If you subsequently do not plan to use the apples with which the duck is stuffed (not everyone likes that they become too soft), then at this stage put the apple slices without seeds on the side of the duck, bake them with the bird for 20 minutes. The first portion of apples did the trick - it gave the meat a refined aroma. Take out the carcass, put on a dish. When it cools down a bit, remove the apples from the abdomen, spread around the baked slices of apples. Instead, you can use oranges.

The chicken in the ducklings also turns out delicious, with a fried appetizing crust. Stuff it with boiled steamed rice, small potatoes or oranges. Also cook for an hour, then remove the lid, coat the top and sides with mayonnaise, bake for another 15-20 minutes.

Stir the sour cream with water, pour a little salt, pepper, pour the stew on top of this sauce. Place in a hot oven, preheated to 180 ° C for 70 minutes. If you wish, 15 minutes before the end of baking, put 100 g of grated cheese on top and cover the dish again with a lid.

You can cook stuffed zucchini in the ducklings. To do this, take the fruit to the size of the lynx. Peel the peel from it, cut it in half, take out the seeds. Prepare the filling. Mix rice with minced meat, add a raw egg, grated carrots and finely chopped onions. Salt, pepper, mix these ingredients.
