To prepare the dish you will need:
300 g of beef, 1 cup of broth, 5 pickles, 3 tbsp. l tomato paste, 1 onion, 4 potatoes, 2 heads of garlic, salt, pepper, herbs, vegetable oil.
Beef Stewed with Garlic and Pickles
Boil a small amount of meat in a pan until half cooked to get the broth. Filter the resulting broth. Then cut the beef into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add chopped meat from the broth there. Separately, fry the onions and potatoes in a pan. Slice pickles and grate the garlic. Fried meat is poured with broth, add onions, potatoes, pickles, tomato paste and garlic. The pan is closed with a lid and stewed for 15-17 minutes until fully cooked. The finished dish is served on the table, decorated with parsley or dill.
